❌ No returns for wrong size, color or change of mind

All our drops are manufactured on-demand. Once claimed, assets are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
 • Incorrect size selection
 • Buyer’s remorse
 • Color preference

⚠️ If your item arrives damaged or misprinted

We stand by the integrity of our assets.

If your order arrives with:
 • Manufacturing defects
 • Misprints
 • Damages during shipping

📩 Contact us within 15 days of delivery.
Send a photo and description to layerdrop.store@gmail.com — we’ll replace it at no cost, including shipping.

⛔ Order cancellations

Claims enter production instantly. Once initiated, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

In accordance with Article 103(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, all LayerDrop products are custom-made and exempt from the right of withdrawal.

By placing an order, you accept that your product is made exclusively for you and cannot be returned unless faulty.
